Renovate and Restore!

This was a fun renovation project, creating a more saleable property, this is aimed mainly at the rental market and so has minimal budget for design but has been project managed from start to finish for the best finish to the property. 

This includes, management of many trades and suppliers, for various supplies, structural engineers and contractors.

At this point contractors had been in plastered the ceilings to remove the dated artex, move the radiator to an interior wall to allow for new double doors to take pride of place, thus flooding the space with natural light, and increasing the overall appeal. The ceiling light had also been centred in the space and all sockets/switches changed to a more timeless and fitted brushed brass.

Take a look at what we started out with, as you can see this had only a window and door, and the space felt quite dark and old fashioned.
